You are our first priority
We will usually dispatch in-store items within two working days, but delays do occur sometimes for various reasons.
If, by any chance, you receive anything which is not up to your expectations- we will happily replace it or arrange a refund. We want you to be satisfied by our service and tell your friends.
Your emails will be answered promptly and honestly.
Any Personal information we obtain from you (e.g. Name, Address, credit card info, etc) remains confidential. We do not supply any information for mailing lists or other purposes. We are required by our bank to keep records of credit card transactions for 12 months.

GST (Goods and Services Tax) will be added to purchases by Australian residents. No tax will be added for overseas customers. For more information, please see our GST Policy.

Our Policy is to Mail all in-stock items within two working days. We do run out of some things at times and send these on to you when more arrive - with no additional postage charges. However, there will be occasions when we get more orders than expected or need to contact you to clarify your order or stuff happens! Our top priority is to fill your order correctly the first time - even if it takes extra time.

Althea's Needles and Threads Online and Golden Glen Cottage Creations are both registered business names of LG Lutz (Sole Trader since Althea's death). My Australian Business Number (ABN) is 30 294 636 817 from 8July02.

POSTAGE is $6 for Orders under $30 and flat rate of $9.00 for Orders of $30 or more throughout Australia! Orders Overseas locations are charged at the international postal charge and sent by air mail unless other methods are agreed beforehand.

We have a secure order form for personal details and credit card information. Credit card details are permanently removed from the internet for your protection and your personal details will NOT be given to any other person/organisation. If you don't feel comfortable about ordering online, just browse and use our Freephone for ordering. We are usually available from 10am to 2pm (Sydney time) to help you.
